Contacting Shaffer Cormell in the first place was the best choice that I've ever could make after I got my very first traffic ticket on the way from Vegas to LA. In excess of 100miles, my situation could be really serious, but Shaffer Cormell successfully dismiss it... I still can't believe how he could do that.. I am just so much appreciative to him! I called in for a consultation about my case and I spoke to a very nice woman who was the receptionist and she informed me that their case manager Andrew I believe his name was would speak to me regarding my case I informed him and explained to him the circumstances of my case and he said that he quote unquote doesn't feel comfortable answering my questions I feel this is very unprofessional from the standpoint that they should at least provide free consultation if you're not even going to provide free consultation why waste people's time and the fact that they have to explain themselves to you just for you to tell them you don't feel comfortable answering a question not worth the one star I gave them I do not recommend them
