Review summed into one word - WOW. I called Lemon Law Pros after having continuous issues with my vehicle that the dealer could not seem to repair/fix after multiple attempts. The first call was super informative. They took the time to explain the entire process to me and answer my many questions. From there they let me know what the steps would be, what to expect as far as timeline and took over 100%. Everything they promised came true and some. They even went to bat to negotiate some better terms for the buyback on my behalf. Manufacture took my car back with no hassle, zero cost to me, and zero work/effort on my end. Lemon Law Pros kept me informed at every step of the process and was incredibly responsive to my emails and calls. I hope I never have to use their service again but would recommend it to anyone in this situation!

My husband purchased a used F150 from the dealership. 2 months after the purchase he returned to dealership because the truck was making an odd noise, it almost sound like it was diesel yet it wasn't. If it wasn't one thing it was another with that truck and according to the dealership everything was ok. All I can say is that it was a very long process I believe it took us 8 months, but when it was all said and done we finally got what we were entitled too. Last year I bought a Chevrolet sedan brand new and I only put around 3,000 miles on it before I consulted with Lemon Law Pro. Thanks to the lemon law pros, I was able to walk away from a brand new car that had a check engine light after only 12 miles and being driven by the dealership service drive over 1000 miles trying to fix it over a 4 month span. I know that's a lot to take in but this law firm was able to get me out of that car and free of a car payment. Lemon Law Pro helped me with a very stressful time with my car. I contacted them about my car potentially being a lemon law and they immediately jumped on it. They took the case and it was like a dream. I went about my day and they literally did all the heavy lifting. During the 5 months from beginning to end, they contacted me periodically with updates on the case, and the occasional documents I needed to send over.
