Josefina is a strong and smart attorney. I felt very comfortable and confident with her on my side. She is great at what she does providing excellent service. Avoid at all cost. I just asked for the remaining of my $5000. to be returned. They have been lying to me for months. They told me 2 months ago they filed the paperwork to finish my child custody case. When I called the court today I confirmed no papers have been filed. I tried to finish the case myself but due to them not catching an error in the proof of service they helped me with, my papers were denied. My ex was willing to sign an agreement but he said that he never received one. They assured they sent out two, which now I believe was a lie. My child missed going to pre-k because of their lies and incompetence. I could only imagine if I need them to go to trail. There office is always closed and they never answer their phone calls. The only way to communicate seems to be through text messages when they answer them.

Very bad attorney in my opinion. Never did file what is referred to as an "At Issue Memorandum." I allege she filed the initial disclosures about four years late and now I may be sanctioned. Most likely the recent good reviews are fake. Don't walk away. Run away.

There is nothing but great things to say about Mrs. Valdez and her office. Very knowledgeable, timely, determined, and communicative. We hired her to help our family with a custody battle. She advocated for us and was able to get us more time with the kids. Family law can become messy and she fought every step of the way. Mrs. Valdez has been a huge blessing to my family. I just want to say a huge thank you to Attorney Valdez and her amazing team for everything they did for me during my divorce and custody battle. These past two years have been so tough. My ex was doing everything he could to make life miserable for me and my kids, and I felt like I was at rock bottom. But thanks to Ms. Valdez she truly cared about my case, I got custody of my children and now finally divorced. I'm so grateful to Ms Valdez for giving me hope when I thought I had none.
