Client
This firm might as well change their specialty to that of all the ambulance chasing injury attorneys you see on the TV commercials. I paid one of their staff members, Leslie Finnegan $3000 to draw up a simple trust to make sure my loved ones got the distribution I wanted to give them, A little later some circumstances had changed and I called Finnegan to ask about making some changes, I was happy of course to pay for any updates, but I didnt even get the chance to ask about them. As soon as I asked for a schedule of potential fees Finnegan dropped me as a client. Apparently she wanted to bill me for outlining any potential fees that might occur. I found it a bit ludicrous having to be billed to explain what my billing would be, I realize people dont go to law school with the intent to eventually actually help people, but I find this practice to be a bit excessive, considering I had already paid 3K upfront, and was asking just one informal question. When she dropped me as a client I inquired as to what the justification was. She ranted on quite vehemently about how her time was worth $550 an hour, and not waste her time with questions, it is clear what her priorities are. It is certainly not helping a senior citizen family man take care of his loved ones. I would not recommend Leslie Finnegan or the firm she works for even if you put a gun to my head.
