I've been a client of Russell Fields in 2010 and again with his son Van, now in 2025. This is the ONLY injury lawyer firm I call! Not Berg, not Ann Phong, not TopDog Law. I appreciate that the office is local and you can just walk in and talk to someone. Here I feel like they really understand their clients and don't sugar coat anything. They give it to you straight!

Mr. Van Fields is an incredible man. Stepping into his father's footsteps and making those footprints deeper than ever, he continues to strive for perfection every day with every case no matter how small. I was a lowly door dash delivery driver at the time and my suv got rear ended by a company truck, completely totaling my suv. The company truck driver couldn't find an active insurance and I had to get a lawyer to deal with the case. Mr. Van Fields not only drove to meet me since I had no vehicle to meet with him, but he proceeded with the case in such a professional manner I was astounded. I was out of work for 3 months with no car. Doordash is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I was completely unable to twist anyone's arm to get the documents I needed for Mr. Fields to proceed with the case and I had given up hope at all. Mr. Fields absolutely did not give up. Completely by surprise he was able to get a settlement without the help from doordash and the documentation that normally would be necessary. I was beyond happy with the settlement and even more astounded by his capability and professionalism. If you have been in a vehicle accident, you need to call this man.

I visited Mr. Russ a few months ago. I went in there filing for bankruptcy and I was recommended by one of my cousins because he told me the process was easier with him. I went in there really nervous and anxious but Russ found a way to calm me down without even trying. He told me all the papers I need to gather up and what to expect. Russ was very professional and when I left a voicemail he would return my call within 30 minutes to an 1 hour which is plus because when it comes to legal stuff it's almost a relief because he gets back to you so quickly. Russ is an excellent lawyer who cares about his clients. You just have to do your part and he'll work 110% to get everything done for you. Thank you, Russ!

AVOID!!!! My experience with Edward Fields was all negative. I was referred to him by my chiropractor. I wish I would've went to a different chiropractor and found a different attorney. It started in 09-2014 when a gal ran into me. I had cuts on the top of my head due to my sunglasses hitting the ceiling in my truck. My left knee was swollen for about a week and I still have neck and shoulder pain. The CHP came to the scene and their report said she was 100% at fault. I missed work for a little over a week. I would try to reach out to Mr. Fields and always get the run around saying I needed a phone appointment. When I had phone appointments half the time we would get cutoff due to dropped calls. I would text him and after about the 3rd text he would respond. He was always busy in court or on his way to court or from court. He told me my case liability was arguable and that we could probably win but no guarantees. After about a year and a 1/2 of getting no where. I finally said hey maybe we should settle. He said let's wait. We have 2 years to file. So we did. That cost me an extra $435. I ended up finally settling after 2 and a 1/2 years. I ended up with 2 thousand dollars when it was all said and done. 4 months of chiropractor appointments that did little help. I still have pain, neck and knee issues. Ed said he thinks I got a fair settlement. He said he's been doing this for 19 years. I would find another attorney before I went here. My gut told me too. Even my friends told me to find another attorney. Always listen to your instincts. In the end I take full responsibility for not firing him 2 years ago. I am the one who has paid dearly. Hope you find this helpful. If I could've left no stars I would've. By the way, Ed Fields got more money then I did from my settlement.

THE WORST!!! My lawyer referred me to chiropractor that he knew.. I went to visit the chiropractor which I found out the were best buddies(that was a red flag)fast forward a month later... haven't heard from the attorney(no call, text or email)but when I went in for my 3rd visit with the chiropractor.. the chiropractor sat me down asking me questions if i was still going to keep coming for appointments with him or not because it wasnt looking good with my case. Mind you I haven't heard from my lawyer. I was sitting in the Doctors office confused.. I asked the doctor what was he talking about.. he then notify me that his friend(my lawyer)told him that my case wasnt looking to good. And that he was going on a vacation. Long story short... my chiropractor knew more of my case from my lawyer then I knew about my own case!!!!! Months later... the lawyer dropped my case! This is the worst place EVER! I will be happy to say I'm looking for a professional lawyer to take on my case! Hope this will help everyone!
