I was in a horrible auto accident that nearly killed me. I couldn't deal with both my recovery and fighting the insurance companies, so I retained Mr. Kreeger. He immediately went to work. My son was t-boned driving 50 mph by a driver that did not respect his red light. Our car was flipped over twice and a major concussion and hospitalization was the result. With college scholarships in the mix and his athletic future in a haze we were devastated. Our car was totaled, my sons migraines began and chiropractic visits became a weekly routine. He told us we could get back later or interview someone else. There was no need; we agreed to his representation on the sport. We shortly met with Barbara who was very compassionate and explained in detail what to expect. They handled everything! They always emailed back, set perfect realistic expectations and went to battle for us.

Chris changed my opinion about attorneys! I was in a very serious accident. Mr.Kreeger was referred by one of our attorney friends. Chris is very professional, caring, and pragmatic. He is extremely good at reading people feelings. At our initial meeting he acknowledged my emotions, priorities, and promised to address them as we move on. He also said even good people, just by a small mistake, may cause dangerous accidents. That statement, along with other thought process I was already going through, helped me to forgive the person that caused the accident. Because of my busy schedule, I was not paying attention to my accident related injuries. From his experience working with clients, Chris is well aware of healthcare professional traits. Thus he encouraged me to see my doctors and get needed care. He also talked to my husband stressed on this issue. At regular interval he enquired about my health status and updated us on legal proceedings. He is very flexible; a few times he came to our home to drop off needed paper work and to see if we had any concerns about defense attorney deposition etc. He clearly explained his thought process thus we can also be part of the proceedings. From the beginning to the end Chris always respected my opinion and gave priority to my current and future personal and professional well being. In one situation where an expensive test would have given more strength to the case, however, not helped with my medical care, I did not want do the test and Chris agreed with me. Being in an accident and facing health issues themselves are life changing events for many people. In addition, dealing with insurance companies and going through settlement are aggravating and stressful. You don't wish this for anyone. Bicycle accident. Suffer from TBI spine injury. Broken hip pelvis screws put into repair. Head surgery to relieve any pressure. Grave condition, we weren't sure he could make it past the few days. Rosenthal & Kreeger have been amazing in helping me and my family with this lawsuit in this horrible time. They were helpful and understanding and willing to help.
