Peterson Watts Law Group, LLP

I've had an awesome experience with Richard Placido of Peterson Watts. I reached out to him in desperate need of a trademark (really I needed it about a year ago .) He walked me through the options and made the whole process seem much less intimidating and was much more optimistic than other attorneys I'd consulted with on the matter. He's also been very responsive in making sure that this matter gets taken care of for me. I can't recommend him enough!

Had to seek this firm out to give them a rating based on my interactions with Richard Watts. He is the most arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional attorney I have come across to date. I am in the legal field and work with many attorneys in my daily work, and never have I come across someone such as Mr. Watts. When there is a dispute among parties, it is in everyone's best interest to find common ground and try to reach some sort of agreement that can be accepted by both parties. This is not the agenda of Mr. Watts, he has no professional ethics to speak of.

This is my personal experience with this law firm and is my opinion only. Your experience may vary. This firm apparently specializes in copyright issues, so I emailed the firm regarding a legal copyright issue I was having. I received, rather promptly, next morning an email from Glenn Peterson. After that, nothing. I never got to speak with him or go into much detail about two issues I was having. He said he would call me later in the afternoon, he didn't. No big deal, lawyers get busy, but the following day I followed up politely again. Nothing. No further correspondence was ever received. Knowing this I'm actually glad we did not retain this law firm, I can only assume this is how they'd treat me the entire time.
