I was in an auto accident last year and I was clueless on the next steps to take. Garrett is nice, patient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He helped me understand the steps I needed to take to heal and understand the liens and process. I will recommend my family and friends if they are ever in need of an attorney. If I'm ever in an accident again, I know I'll be calling them again.

Kent Luckey and his legal assistant Julie Ibarra of Penney & Associates helped my and husband and I after a car accident. They were both very professional, patient and made a very difficult time stress free for us. They kept us informed every step of the way, every detail explained. At no time were we left wondering "what's going on". It was as though our case was the only one that mattered to their whole team. They took care of everything that was needed to deal with the auto and health insurance companies involved. Our sole job was to recover from the sustained injuries and get our health back to normal. Both Kent and Julie took time to take phone calls, meet with us and answer any questions we had during the process. I cannot recommend Penney and Associates enough should you ever be in need of a personal injury legal team that goes the extra mile and gets results over and beyond any initial expectations.

Penny & Associates was very responsive to my kids case. Julie Ibarra (Legal Assistant) and Kent M. Luckey (lawyer) kept me well informed about the progress they were making on our behalf and was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. Julie went way beyond my expectations on helping and guiding me and understanding, especially as one of child was a minor in this case.
