I never write reviews for many reasons as the opinions and compliments are never read with an open mind. As readers many of us failed to see the tone of the writer and we take the opinions to gauge our decisions. The writer is often attacking the organization and/or the people/person or both who has tried their best to help us with their knowledge and experiences but we failed to see from their perspectives as well that is what has this person been through when we encountered them or spoke with them. In my opinion writer's should focus on their experience and be in a clear state of mind when they writing reviews. Justin Gingery, Esq. is amazing!!! He's compassionate, understanding and respectful of one's wishes and concerns. He understands and respect the background of his clients as some cultures are not pro-western medicine their focus is more holistic and eastern medicine that he always reminds the clients to discuss their care with the medical providers. He answers all my questions and concerns and takes all my calls to which gives me complete comfort and relief that all I did was focused on my health and treatments so that I resume life as best I could to what it was pre-accident. Most PI attorneys are focused on pushing care onto their clients to maximize the recovery but not Justin. His concern the well being on the clients (me). You get the feeling and sense that you are family. There is truly nothing negative anyone could say about Mr. Gingery in my opinion!! I send all my families, friends and so forth to Justin and his partner Jeff Hammer, Esq. Jeffery Hammer, Esq. is also equally amazing as well!! He answers all my questions and concerns as well. And just like his partner Justin both attorneys makes you feel like family and at ease so I can focus on my care. The staff are great. I could have not ask for a better legal team on my case!!
