I've used Neil for 2 cases. The first case was in 2019. His fees are very fair but I must say if all you care about is an attorney with the lowest fees I think that is the wrong way to go about choosing an attorney. I felt Neil gave me the personal attention that I was craving. My questions were answered on the phone or he found the answer and called or emailed me back. His in court appearance is extremely professional and his presentation is first rate. I hope I never have to use any attorney again but I'd use him in a heartbeat with no hesitation. I hired this firm after my daughter's accident who is a young adult and on my auto and medical insurance. They immediately referred me to a chiropractor for my daughter. After the settlement was finally reached they advised me of the chiropractor fees which were outrageous. When I emailed and called asking why I was not able to negotiate these fees prior to the settlement agreement they would not respond. Finally, attorney Neil responded to my daughter. He acknowledged receiving communication from me and told her at the firms discretion they would only communicate with her as she is an adult. This is after Accident Pros primarily communicated with me for over a year. Further, attorney Neil nor anyone from the firm would answer our question regarding the fees from their recommended chiropractor. I was surprised how they ignored my daughter's and I questions about those fees which overall were nominal for a firm of their size. Once they receive their money, they will ghost you, at least in my experience. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable firm. Very poor representation for business in Roseville.

I want to relay a story that all to often seems to go the other way for me. I guess I can suffice it to say that good customer service experiences are just too few and far between these days. It may be an even bigger surprise to most to learn that this happened to be at a Law Office of all places. The law office was Accident Pros. in Roseville. You see, recently I was involved in a traffic accident in which I had extensive damage to both of my legs. At the time of the accident and shortly there after my biggest concern wasn't who was at fault, or who would be paying for whatever treatment I was needing in order to get through it all. I was in so much pain that I didn't think I could physically make it. Not to the doctors, not to the physical therapist , not anywhere. Including all the other treatments that i was told i would need. That was until after I met with with the team at Accident Pros. After being down in the dumps for quite some time I left the meeting with attorney Corey Hall and his assistant feeling inspired to not only move on but to bounce back from this injury with vigor. Of course it was made clear to me that yes it did matter who was at fault and that we needed to seek the best possible outcome from the case in order to be able to move on with the vigor that I now felt. I just want to say that It was a pleasure to work the all of the people in the office, but as i said in particular Corey who grabbed the reign's for me in this case and never looked back. thanks again Accident Pro's!!
