Mr. Beary is a personable, kind savvy, seasoned personal injury attorney who will - quickly assess if your case has merit - who has the confidence, moxie and experience to go up against a major corporation -and he will when a client has been wronged. - he has great legal assistants in Jade and Lissethe I would advise you to be well-prepared with your documentation, and to not expect a lot of handholding or detailed explanations during the process. He is always on the go, so be patient in the process. Also read your Retainer agreement because the firm takes 40% and there are fees you may not be aware of. After settlement , the insurance companies are paid first and must be paid on time to prevent Collection fees with interest to the plaintiff. Mediation can be done by zoom or in some cases, in person. I would definitely enlist the services of Mr. Beary.
