I called today and first spoke to their receptionist, who was very nice and helpful. She took some information and said a lawyer would call me back. This is for a DUI case from 13 years ago, and I wanted some guidance/general info. When the lawyer called, he was short, rude, and condescending. Pretty much, he was no help. If they are going to judge and look down on people, why say they cover those types of cases? smh
