I've been searching for weeks for an attorney to help represent me in a wrongful death matter. I was referred to Raynes Erickson, and spoke with Mitchell. While he advised that R|E unfortunately would not be able to take my case, he was the most friendly, personable, honest, and thorough person I've spoken to yet. He provided great, personalized advice that enabled me to better narrow my search for assistance, and how to best proceed with my matter(without providing legal advice). While I can't guarantee that R|E will be able to provide free advice for you, I can bet that you will find some of the nicest, most personable people around--that's hard to find in this field.

When we were referred to Raynes | Erickson for our case we met with Mr. Raynes Sr. to discuss the details and difficulties of our case. We knew that we had found the best law firm to navigate us through this extremely personal and arduous process. Mr. Raynes, Mr. Gunn and the entire staff involved in our case were always professional and respectful of what we were going through. I met with Mr. Erickson on Oct. 30. The situation I needed advice on has been and still is, extremely traumatizing, depressing and debilitating. Mr. Erickson was realistic, but not cruel and took time to explain why he would not be able to assist me, but gave me advice that was on point and made total sense to me, even though I was in a distraught, and near hopeless state of mind. Though he was not able to take my case, he helped me, and showed more kindness and care, then I have experienced since my situation began. I contacted the folks at Raynes Erickson regarding a possible medical claim. I received a call this morning from Jeff Erickson. While they were not able to assist me, he was very thorough and detailed and took a lot of time explaining the reasons. He treated my situation with care and compassion and was very apologetic that they weren't able to help.
