My mother recently reached out to this attorney for the first time with a couple of simple questions regarding a probate matter. She was only trying to understand how to include my brother in the court paperwork and have it sent to his address. Instead of being helpful or professional, the attorney was extremely rude and dismissive, even going so far as to tell her not to call back.
