DK Law - Injury, Accident, and More

I'm not happy with this law, firm it all. They've handle 2 cases for me. My last one, my car was totaled, the guy ran me into the wall. I don't feel they did enough to help me get what I was deserved. And second I was driving down the 138 by the 15 freeway and I guess daniel kim has a lawsuit against the city well, I was driving down to 138, and there was a patch of sand from the side. I guess they've had issues with that and I called Daniel Kim and they never called me back. My Van was totaled, it rolled about 5 times I was not going fast. I guess it had issues with it so they repaved it recently. And I never got a call back

You may think I'm over exaggerating but I'm really not. Here we go. Working with Ashley and the team here has been an unexpectedly smooth and positive experience. I never imagined that navigating a legal case could feel so seamless and well-managed from beginning to end. The level of communication was outstanding--I never felt overlooked or left in the dark. I do not recommend this law office. A lot of delays and miscommunication. They set the standard of following up once a week and I went roughly 6 weeks with no contact. I understand this process takes long but they didn't follow up at all. I had to actually tell them that my settlement check was mailed. I've tried to escalate my concerns but was met with excuses. If I ever need an accident lawyer again, I would not be giving them a call.

The staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. They were able to answer all questions and helped close out my girlfriend's case. They even assured us that they can still help if problems about the case were to occur in the future. Overall, it was a positive experience.
