Balance Physical Therapy & Human Performance Center

This is my second PT session with Balance. My first was with Dr John F about 14 years ago, and most recently, with Dr Adam B. As a patient, I felt like I was getting the best treatment from the most knowledgeable doctors. Dr. Adam was thorough and provided me with many exercise routine options to get me back to normal. His energy and positivity transcend unto you and your well being. I am confident that with his help, I will be feeling better than before my injury Keep it up!

My Pain Management Specialist and I were discussing physical therapy for me as an alternative to lower back surgery. I told him I had seen numerous therapists in the past. "These guys are better," he said. It didn't matter where I had gone for physical therapy in the past or who I had seen. These guys, the staff at Balance PT, were better. He was right, "These guys are better." The staff at Balance Physical Therapy in Prunedale are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly without exception. They provide personalized service, set specific goals and challenge you to meet or exceed those goals in a comfortable, clean clinic. Even after completing my prescribed treatment plan, I continue to frequent the gym at Balance PT Prunedale because I enjoy the friendly, enthusiastic environment as well as the occasional workout tip from staff members. I even had my wife request a referral from her doctor. I can't make a stronger recommendation than that. If you're looking for a physical therapist, all you need to know is what my Pain Management Specialist told me, "These guys are better." They just are.

Dr. Meredith was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. She provided a treatment plan that was tailored specifically to my needs and whole body (and to this day I still use those treatment plans). She offered clear, practical advice that worked well for my diastasis recti. Highly recommend!

What I found at Balance Physical Therapy was warm welcomes, people friendly assistants, kindness and knowledgable experts. The team at Balance Physical Therapy is top notch! From the staff who help you get scheduled, to the therapists who work with you, to the owner John himself, everyone behaves as if your recovery and well being are of the highest priority! Our teenage son had a major accident , dislocating and fracturing his hip. We were terrified but the team made us feel safe, comfortable and as if all would be well and they were right! Our son is back to being the active young man he was, and is stronger than ever! BPT continue to be an ongoing support and we cannot recommend them highly enough!
