I did like that we did get a guide to help me gather the needed information together for this appointment. At the initial meeting everything was explained to all involved so that there was no misunderstanding. A copy of the documents was sent over to read and make any questions they may have. When the Appointment for signature was set Clark E. Selters thoroughly explained all the paperwork my parents were signing. The both felt happy and comfortable with the end results.
