STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM After giving this law firm a YEAR of second chances, I went to another firm. I did not realize how horribly I had been treated until I finally found a helpful law firm. Second chances started from the very beginning. I stressed I preferred to stay away from a "Case Mill" (somewhere where I'm a number and they have a huge amount of cases which they handle in bulk). I also stressed I wanted a firm in my area so I wouldn't have to travel for doctor visits or in case I had to go into the office for various reasons. I informed the person who did my intake I needed to be able to get in contact with either the attorney or their assistant for any additional issues. My first visit was in another county which I was assured it was a one time event and my attorney would be in Riverside. I was also given a cell phone number of someone I could contact any time. I NEVER could get ahold of anyone. When I finally received a response text, I was sent the WRONG information. My attorney ultimately transferred to San Diego. I also ultimately found out that NOTHING was done on my case in a YEAR! A year later my new attorney filed with the WC Board immediately. Something simple which should have been done immediately which was NEVER done. This firm has too many cases. If you are looking for help during this type of stressful situation this is NOT the firm for you. Look elsewhere.
