As a landlord, I had a terrible experience with this law firm on an eviction case. I emailed them my proof of service of my 3 Day notice to the tenant expecting them to file my complaint with the court in two days. I left numerous phone calls, emails and voice mails for both Kevin Harris and Brian Rosales (even texting him) asking for an update which were NEVER answered. One receptionist had difficulty understanding English and I had to repeat myself several times and spell out simple words only to have her send me to voicemail which again was not answered. Finally 10 days later, Brian Rosales called me back and told me nothing had been done on my case. He said he could move me to the top of the list if I still wanted to proceed. He was unapologetic and said they were very busy and if I wanted to continue to work with them they could not guarantee better service in the future. So I decided to use another Law Firm because I felt this unjustified delay was exposing me to more money loss.
