Starting a living trust is not an easy task think about, but decided I needed to do this. Contacted Brian after seeing all the good reviews. I didn't know what to expect, but dealing with Brian was a great experience, I felt comfortable talking to him and answering his questions as we step through the process. He provided explanations at each step in the process. I communicated mainly with him through email, he always responded quickly. Having a trust done can be daunting and confusing. I'm thrilled that we met Brian and he walked us through everything like a piece of cake. From the point of contact, he provided a webinar explaining the basics of what a trust is. Whenever I emailed him, he always has an auto reply message to inform clients when to expect communication responses and I love that. With every question and concern, Brian is there every step of the way. He is very responsive, clear in communication and supportive! Also, he is very approachable so that I don't become afraid of asking too many questions. From the time we did the questionnaire to the time the trust was completed for signing was about 1 month. He could prob do it quicker just depends on when you schedule your signing date. I'm glad we got this "to do" completed. It's been on the back of my mind since our first child was born. This is definitely someone that I recommend for anyone who needs a trust. It's very true that he builds relationships with his client for long term and not just one transaction.

Working with Brian was a breeze. He is very responsive and you communicate with him directly which was a huge bonus. He helped me with my estate planning and living trust. I found him through my employer's legal plan (Met Life) and he was outstanding and very thorough. He was also very clear and precise about my financial responsibility for his services not covered by my legal plan. I didn't realize that along with estate planning you would also do a power of attorney and advanced health care directive, which I've been planning to do for the longest time but haven't gotten around to it. Now that this process is complete (which was a total of about 3-4 weeks turnaround time- super fast!), I feel at peace knowing that my family will be taken care of and that my wishes are clearly outlined in these documents. We are very happy with the experience and service that we received from Brian Qualls when he helped us create a trust and other estate documents. The website is excellent and really does a good job explaining how and why you may want to set up a trust, and why you need things such as a healthcare directive, power of attorney, etc. Brian communicates well through his portal/email, and breaks things down into simple understandable steps. When we met Brian in person to sign our documents, he was very organized and detail oriented. He also spent a lot of time with us answering questions and making sure we understood what we were signing. Our documents were quickly filed and sent to us in an organized binder, and are also stored for us in the portal. Brian made us feel confident in the process, and we recommend him!
