Mr. Kuyawa knowingly submitted fraudulent documents as trial exhibits and continued to prosecute the matter after becoming aware that the evidence was false. Despite being informed--or otherwise having clear reason to know--that the materials were inaccurate or intentionally falsified, he took no steps to correct the record, withdraw the exhibit, or notify the court, as required by the California Rules of Professional Conduct.
