Unfortunately I was in a situation that required me to have legal representation. Fortunately, Harman & associates handled my needs in this scenario. What kept me from giving them 5 stars was the large gaps of time with NO communication whatsoever leading me to believe my case was dropped. I will say that Erika and Jim Jaime are the only reasons the rating is what it is. Erika kept communications open and Jim worked hard to get the best possible outcome. I would recommend their law office to anyone needing their specialty.

This has been a disaster, I came back to Robert and it is not the same, a lot of miscommunication and a lot of being ignored and not responding, my two years of being on workers comp was approaching I reminded Erika the young lady that was working on my case which meant that I would be placed on permanent stationary disability which meant my payment would drop I told her before the two years date even came that I wanted to settle but wasn't listened to by Erika. I had an Qme date that was after my two year date and she stated that she didn't know that I would be deemed permanent stationary even after my two year date came and my adjuster was denying all my treatment. Robert law firm is not the same from when I first came to him. I sat down with him and he gave me his word on communication and I would be in good hands and he and his firm would work for me. But that is not true.

Happy to say our case has finally closed! Mr. Robert Harman negotiated a very fair settlement on my husband's behalf. My husband works in construction and was injured on the job working on an apartment building in Los Angeles. It took awhile but Mr. Harman got the job done. Highly recommended!
