Dan Leib was my lawyer for 2 cases I had. He did everything he can for me and got my a deal i was happy with. I did some time and got out and still had to go to court. They messed up on my sentencing and where trying to give me 8 more months after i have done my time. Dan Leib was my lawyer again and was able to get me a great deal and I got time served. You should never need an attorney. Being twisted up in the legal system is an activity to avoid. However, if you're reading this review, it's likely too late. Disabuse yourself if the motion that the legal system is objective and "fair"; or to be honest, even "just". It isn't. It's "just-a-system". Dan, was amazing! He is very responsive and communicative. I faced some legal issues and he was there to walk me through every step.
