Palm Springs Myofascial Release

I have been seeing Senoleen for years. Many years ago I had severe back pain where it was difficult to walk. I'd see Sunny a few times and I'd be good as new until my next episode. Eventually I rarely had severe pain but knew when it was time to get in for a treatment. My unbelieving husband went to her partner Jim and became a regular preventative client. I have been coming to PSMFR for 3 years. Given my age over 70, I found range of movement of hand and feet was challenging. For this issue I've had Massages and chiropractic therapy done and had limit affects and within days my movement limitations returned. MFR was the beginning and is the foundation of changing my range of motion and keeping my range of motion to where I can put my hands straight up again with out pain and feeling any restrictions.

Jim and Senoleen have each been instrumental in my "self-care" journey. I especially appreciate Jim's straightforward, technically masterful approach in providing me with MFR and self-care support tools that produce the kinds of results that keep me motivated to do what I have to do to get and stay healthy. The myofascial treatments at PSMFR have been a game changer. The therapists really know their stuff. As well as the massages, they are distributors for BEMER. We bought one. My husband and I use it religiously. Husband suffered from lower back pain - now is pain free. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis before using the BEMER. Now my numbers are in the normal bone density range. Sleeping better and feeling better in general.

Senoleen has been treating me for four months and it has been life changing. I have suffered from lower back pain for over seven years and western medical treatments have done very little to help, in some cases have made my condition worse. I was to the point where I thought I would be in pain for the rest of my life.
