Bad, the worst. I regret fully ever contacting them. I found much better attorneys. Their morals and ethics are completely off. You wouldn't know it at first, but after time put in, their display of legal help and overall just good, wasn't there, it was insane.

No one ever wants to be injured at work or otherwise. The pandemic made things more difficult for all involved in my case. Money was never my main motive just my well being. Let me just say all turned out well. What is of the highest importance is that David always had my health and concerns first. He is also one of the most honest people you could have working for you. His standards are reflected from his staff. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend this firm at all. I was referred by friend, who had the EXACT injury as me. She told me a lot of good things about David L Hart, and said he was able to get her 100K in settlement. After careful consideration with my family I decided to make an appointment with David L Hart. Not to go into too many details after over 3 years he tells me all he was able to get me was 10K. Yes people 10,000 dollars against 100,000 dollars. That's a difference of ten times less money. That only shows the INCOMPETENCE of his entire law firm. Today was my last day of hearing and after over three years of the process I come to find out David L Hart was never in charge of my case. Another INCOMPETENT Jr lawyer was the person in charge of my case. David once told me and I quote him: "do not compare apples to oranges" meaning my friend's case and my case were completely different. Today in my last hearing Megan J.D. Cheng the "wanna be" attorney from the Law Office of David L Hart told me exactly the same thing, but using different words. She said not all injuries are the same. Yes, you are correct, no all injuries are the same. My friend only had a tore meniscus and I had a tore meniscus and damage in my cartilage, therefore my injury was worse. However my settlement was only 10,000 dollars compare to a 100,000 dollars settlement for her. This only shows the INCOMPETENCE of David L Hart and his whole entire team. I am very dissatisfied with his services, he has been a ghost the past 2 months. I wish him nothing, but the best. Facts are facts and the satisfaction of your client should the attorney's priority and this was not the case I wasted over 3 years of my life. Thank you very much.
