This office is highly unprofessional and lacks urgency in handling crucial immigration matters. Communication is poor, and no one is assigned to your case. They failed to file a substitution of attorney, causing a significant delay. Additionally, the attorney showed up in court unprepared and uninformed, unable to properly answer the judge's questions. They are inexperienced in immigration/asylum cases and their lack of follow-up is unacceptable. Everything is delayed unless you push them repeatedly. In short, they are incompetent and unreliable. Too expensive.

They treated me and my husband horribly they do not have any respect for their clients, nor they take responsibility for their mistakes. The secretary assisting us with my husband's immigration case provided us with the wrong fee information we were expecting the extension for us to be able to travel out of the US didn't get it on time due to her incompetence of not knowing basic information as to how much we had to pay. We asked to see the lawyer to get legal advice on what to do since we now don't have an extension and have a planned out and paid for trip out of the US. We get there and immediately the lawyer was very uninviting as we were in the lobby, waiting for him. He asked us why we were there for instead of taking us immediately into his office as he forcefully asked us to step in didn't even give us any privacy left the door open for everyone to hear our conversation. He was extremely rude, not pleasant to speak to was definitely not happy to assist us because he even made a comment as we were sitting down in front of them that this could've been done over the phone instead of face-to-face. He was definitely not sorry for the mistake done at his office he couldn't provide us with the legal advice needed even made fun of us by telling us "have a good trip" . He kept making excuses for his employee by telling me that everyone makes mistakes, including myself. This is not how you treat people. I regret hiring them .
