To be quick and simple Montoya Law made my life easier and I would easily without a doubt recommend them to anyone I know. So YES make the call and get on track. They have all the tools and answers. This is the one! The boring review: I was seriously injured in a work accident. I did not seek an attorney right away which was a big regret of mine. After my injury happened I was not able to move comfortably or even walk much. It took about two weeks to be able to walk fully on my own but walking was the least of my worries because I had a serious injury to my head and shoulder and the impact from my accident had a huge affect on my breathing as well. Anyways I was soon going to start my physical therapy and about 4 days into my PT I had an appointment with some PA that after evaluating me determined I was capable of returning back to work on light duty. I'm in construction. There's not much light duty work for the steel industry also not to mention I just had my staples removed from my head the day he told me to return and I had very limited shoulder function and was still under a lot of pain which made sleeping very difficult. So it was about this time where I started looking into Law firms. I'm really glad I found montoya law. After my injury happened there was stress from medical bills as well and nonstop calls from collectors and I tried to explain to them that these bills should be charged to my company's insurance and it's very difficult getting this point across. I addressed this to Mr Montoya and those calls from collectors ended immediately. After signing with Montoya Law it felt like a load was lifted off my shoulders. I got the help I needed. I was assigned a more than capable case manager that had all the answers to my annoying questions. I was probably very impatient during this whole process and I think it's very important to have patience and allow them to work on your case because these things don't happen overnight... This is to anyone like me who's never had to hire an attorney for an injury. Just trust in them they got you, trust the process and if there's one thing I wish I didn't do during this whole thing is annoy them with all my calls haha.
