William was extremely condescending and flat out rude on the phone. A simple "no, we don't want the case" would have sufficed instead he called me to tell me how close we are to the statute of limitations and I should basically give up looking. I let him know that we would find an attorney to take our case and he hung up on me. I'm not sure why that was necessary but the attorney I spoke to right after him was wonderful. All that to say if you run into a William on your search for the right attorney to represent your family there are plenty more out there and if they can't help they are definitely a lot kinder. Have the day you deserve William.
