Andrew Wolff and his team worked tirelessly and humanely to resolve my dispute with my now former landlord who clearly had ill motives towards me. I was able to gain some semblance of agency in an otherwise fraught, maddening, and stressful situation. I am so grateful they took my case because no other law firm would and I don't know how my story would've turned out without their guidance and expertise. Being in a lawsuit is incredibly stressful--it's so important to have the right attorney. I 100% recommend this firm to look out for you with compassion and honesty.

I strongly advise prospective clients to consider their options carefully and seek legal counsel elsewhere for a smoother and more transparent experience. In my opinion Mr Wolff is arrogant and he lacks compassion for his clients and what they are going through. I regret to say that my experience with Mr. Wolff was less than satisfactory. He agreed to take my case on 8/4/23 but as of 9/14/23 his office never bothered to discuss my case. I was not given an opportunity to ask questions. When I did ask if we were ever going to meet to discuss my case, I got no response. Unfortunately for me the lack of communication I received only added unnecessary stress and confusion to what was is already the most stressful thing I experienced in my entire life I finally sent a polite email saying I was unhappy with the lack of communication and asked if it was possible to be let out of the contingency agreement I signed because I had still not had an opportunity to discuss my case with any attorney from his office but I spoke with other firms who's attorneys took time to discuss my case with me. This was Mr Wolff's reply "You have spoken to Ms. B. who is an attorney at our office, and she provided you with time for us to obtain an intake and the facts needed to file your suit. We are actually prepared fo file it, and I note that I have sued Mr. K. before so this should be straight forward." (However, nobody had ever bothered to tell me any of this and the only time I spoke with Ms B. Was after I left 2 vm's and she returned my call but did not discuss the details of my case. My response was; Thank you for responding. If you have already put in work and are ready to file, we could move forward with you filing my case if you still want to. However, I would like to speak with an attorney from your office because I do have questions." The next email I received was from an Admin Asst saying: "Thank you for contacting our office concerning your potential claim. Unfortunately, after review of your claim, our office will be unable to assist you." Mr Wolff refused to admit that no attorney from his office ever contacted me to discuss the details of my case. I also don't understand how he could say they were ready to file based solely on info I provided to the lady (not an attorney) who I spoke with the first day I called their office and from a questionnaire I filled out. Mr. Wolff wasted valuable time of mine leaving me to start over from scratch only prolonging this horrible situation my landlord has put my son and I in. Run while you still have time.

The complex right next to my house had two big pine trees and the branches of the trees hangover on my two story house and damaged my roof. A lot of roots were also extended to the side of my property, lifting up my walkway and my fence. For years I asked the management team of the complex (the HOA) to maintain and trim the branches and roots and they refused. I reported this issue to the City of Fremont and the City requested the HOA to maintain/trim their own trees but they also refused the request. Not knowing what else to do, I hired my first lawyer to fight with the HOA and I hired a registered consulting arborist to do a risk assessment of these two trees for me. The tree report said that the trees should be removed to protect my property and my family but the HOA still denied my first lawyer's request. My first lawyer kept sending emails to the HOA and the Property Management Manager to do this job but the HOA kept refusing to do it. Since I paid hourly to this lawyer and already spent almost $5000 then, I was going to quit to fight with the HOA. Then, one of my co-workers recommended Mr. Wolf to me. What a coincidence! Another friend of mine at the same time also told me that one of her friends also recommended Mr Andrew Wolf to her just yesterday, but Mr Wolf did her friend's case between landlord and tenant issue, and also Mr wolf has done a lot of successful landlord and tenant, injury cases. But my case was about the trees issue with neighbor. My friend said that this office is very responsible for any clients' case and asked me to make a try because my previous lawyer didn't do well on my case. So I decided to let Mr. Wolf represent my case. During my case process, Two of his office assistant ( one is Anna and another is Que, they both are very professional) always contacted me and gave me correct details. Mr. Wolf directly filed it in a court and sued HOA. I was just surprised because I knew that it was not easy to sue HOA. Because HOA and Property management have their own lawyers, Mr Wolf needed to fight with their lawyers. When I had my deposition with the HOA lawyer, I did very well on my deposition because Mr wolf prepared me very well on my case. My case almost took two years to fight with HOA. Finally HOA agreed to have both trees removed and gave me the amount of money as compensation. I really appreciate Mr Wolf and his excellent team's work on my case. They are awesome and very professional. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a good lawyer for help.

I had three problems with my landlord and one with a housemate and Andrew Wolff guided me to a successful resolution of all these matters. Brenda the receptionist and Andrea were particularly supportive during the whole process. I had been hassled over and over to the point that I was about to give up, but Andrew stood by me. I had no idea before this situation how involved tenant-landlord law was and Andrew's office dealt with various challenges very well although there were delays. I have referred a friend to Andrew and should any similar matter come up in the future I will contact him first.
