Jason Estavillo acted quickly to rescue us, when a bank placed an "abstract of judgement" lien on our primary residence, at the Martinez, CA courthouse. Jason paved the way by guiding his law firm team members; Michael Arikat and Elizabeth Hurwitz, both to immediately reach out to us! With all of their knowledge they successfully completed our case, and got us to the finish line! A full "satisfaction of judgement" was notarized by the banks' legal counsel, and the lien was removed by our bank. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to take your case elsewhere. My experience with Estavillo Law Group has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The firm has a high turnover rate, which results in a lack of consistency and follow-through. Jason, the owner of the firm, has demonstrated a lack of integrity and accountability throughout the process. Our case was never finalized, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, they are refusing to return our retainer. I have made dozens of phone calls and sent multiple emails with no response. Whenever I call, I am told no one is available to speak with me, and I never receive a call back. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable for a law firm. Due to their mishandling of our case, I have been in contact with the California Bar Association to take further action. I highly recommend finding a different law firm that will treat you and your case with the respect, transparency, and communication you deserve.

Very professional on all levels. When you need legal assistance with your property matters, Jason Estavillo law firm is an excellent law firm to engage with. It's not about the money with this firm, they really care about helping you with your property matters and go above and beyond to understand your situation; starting with an initial consultation. I didn't feel rushed and Mr Jason Estavillo offered some suggestions during the call that were extremely helpful and helped relieve some stress that I was experiencing at the time of the call. Furthermore, he offered his time again in a follow up call and I found that to be priceless because you don't get high level legal service like that without engaging in a contract.
