I'll try to make this as short as possible. You'll 1st be advised there is only a 30% fee if the case is settled under 45 days. This is impossible, and why mention this at all is just to get you in the door with high hopes. So, expect the 40% which is applied after 45 days. You'll be advised to comply with all requests from your Atty client advocate, and see all Doctors they send you to. (Phys therapists, MRI, etc) Your settlement will be paying for all these doctor(s) treatments, visits, etc. Your case, most likely will NOT be settled until at least a year, and you will have to continuously contact them regarding any updates. After all is said and done, you'll most likely receive 40% of the total settlement. Take this as you will. Keep your expectations low, and know SJ is out to make a buck, like any other company. Nothing more nothing less. Your needs/outcome isn't important to anyone. Should there be a be a next time, I will without a doubt go at it alone. Due to the severity of my accident, the other at faults party insurance would have settled easily for the 40% I received. Now, all of my settlement payment went to pay off everyone that helped me throughout the year, and to this day I'm still hurt. They're not horrible, but again NO ONE'S here to really help. SJ's here to make themselves money through your accident, and lack of knowledge of the law. Good luck!

Never using them again . Such a rip off. They take forever and also they never call you to update you on anything. I had to call them to get updates. So very unprofessional. Save your selves don't use this attorney office. Update**** so because I left this review the attorneys office called my husband talking about the review and was basically asking if we could take it down. Feels like stalking tbh . It's freedom of speech. Maybe do your jobs right then there won't be any bad reviews. They linked my name and saw that I was linked to my husband. That's how they found out. That's kinda creepy.

This is to very very gratefully thank the attorney who handled my auto injury case - Attorney NINA NAWABI.
