00000 STARS Let me tell you about all the ways Mr. Lugo & his associates completely failed my father in law, and how that led to him getting DETAINED BY ICE. 1. They sent in a representative, whose credentials should be questioned, to my father in law's LAST immigration interview to become a citizen, & he did NOTHING to help. 2. He showed up almost 30 minutes late, shoelaces & tie untied, in a completely disheveled appearance. Then he had to audacity to have them wait LONGER because, "He needed a few moments in the bathroom to put himself together." 3. When asked by the interviewer simple questions, that he should have known about the case, the most he could provide were "I don't know," answers. 4. When my mother in law called his main attorney, (the one that didn't show up to his final interview,) he claimed that things could always come up, & he could not have guaranteed them to always be there. 5. My father in law was told to go make a copy of his ID, at the end of his interview. When he went to do that, that is where ICE agents were waiting for him. The firm representative that they sent, was no help AT ALL. He claimed that it was out of his hands, and all they could do was wait. Then ghosted my family & left the building. DO NOT give this firm your money. They are unreliable, unprofessional, & untrustworthy. I understand that because of the recent change in the law that happened on 9/6/25, the process has become a lot more difficult. However, this does not excuse the pathetic excuse of legal support that they provided my father in law. ESTAFADORES!!!

Just wanted to stop by and thank Lugo and staff for everything ! He was able to get my father his green card not long ago . The negative reviews are from people who didn't offer much assistance to their family members and want to blame the firm for there failures . We felt so protected and just like family here . We've been with alejo for 14 years through criminal cases and immigration and we can't say thank you enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of time and money and in the end just wanted more money to " fix" it. Why would we pay more money if you couldn't even do your job right the first time . Truly, truly disappointed with how they handled our case and how they treated my family member at times.

Great attorney friendly and professional. I recommend attorney Lugo and his staff 100% , they make you feel like family. Great staff I really appreciate all the help.

Let me see.. what else can I say? Great attorney. He helped me when no other attorneys were able to help me. He fought my case for months and kept me out of jail until all the charges were dismissed against me. I'm very grateful to attorney Lugo for his help, and I will be sure to recommend him to my friends and family.
