Very disappointed. Very rude. Zero empathy. I was told to bring so much stuff. I brought it all and he didnt even look at it. Im sure my case isnt easy, but I need someone to please help and LISTEN. If I had the open and shut case they seem to want, I wouldn't need them. I left there truly feeling like I was bothering him. Im so crippled and getting there was very difficult . He made.me feel stupid. Curtis was very nice and professional. Mr. Rocha should take notes from Curtis. Absolutely the worst experience EVER. Im gonna figure out how to file a complaint against this clown. Makes me wonder how many people he has treated like this. His arrogance and attitude didn't just start.
