I wanted to thank the staff at The Accident Guys for all their help, especially Elena Venegas (case mgr) & Masha Travkin (settlement negotiator). Incident - In March 2023, my bf & I were rear ended while we were at a complete stop at a stop light & then we were pushed into the car in front of us (sandwiched with front & rear damage). I was the passenger & my bf was the driver. The driver's insurance (Car #3 behind us) only wanted to give me $250 to settle my claim, which I felt was unfair given how much pain I felt. So, I thought to hire a car accident lawyer. I called The Accident Guys based on their reviews online & found out they are based out of LA area, but served most of California. In May 2023, I hired The Accident Guys. I was very skeptical since I have never dealt with hiring a lawyer for a car accident before. From signing the paperwork & intake forms, I felt very scared. The initial case mgr I worked with ended up leaving the company & I felt my case was dragging on. I was wondering if I had made a mistake hiring a lawyer. But once Elena took over as case manager, then I felt things started happening as expected. I got the doctor appointments & treatments I needed to start feeling better. Elena & Masha were very responsive with text communication & all my questions which helped me feel more at ease. The law firm has agreements with each doctor, so I did not have to pay for any treatment out-of-pocket. Doctors would be paid when the lawyer wins the case. They told me to focus on my healing while they handled all the doctors, other's insurance companies, gathering paperwork from doctors, etc. In February 2025, I finally received the insurance settlement amount. I was very happy with the results. The Car #3 did not have a lot of liability insurance, so the lawyers used my bf's un-insured motorist policy to pull from. I am the un-insured motorist (passenger). Thank God my bf has full coverage for his car insurance policy. My bf's insurance said his car was considered "totaled". Again, Thank You to The Accident Guys! I would work with them in the future if another car accident happens.
