The person who answers the phone. I dont even know her because she is very RUDE. Does not help with anything and does not let you talk to any lawyer. Not only she hanged up on me once she did it twice!! I was asking about a lawyer she left me on hold and hanged up on me. I had to call from another phone so she can answer!! I thought this place was a descent office as a friend of mine recommended it for me and blindly came to this office without even asking about it and this how you guys treat your customers?!! If you really are a professional office and wants customers come to you, you should hire respectful representatives because this is how you represent your office!! I am very devastated and need someone who is respectful and a lawyer to contact me.
