I want to remind everyone to be cautious when interacting with this office. It's important to be aware that they may charge for various services, such as emails and phone calls. It can be quite overwhelming, especially if you're not familiar with the terminology, and you're trying to assist your loved one. I encourage you to do thorough research, ask questions, keep all receipts, and consider documenting conversations if necessary. My experience involved a lot of back-and-forth communication with the staff, some of whom were not as polite as I would have hoped. In my own work in healthcare, I strive to treat everyone with empathy and respect, much like I would my own family. Ultimately, we felt we were charged a considerable amount without receiving any tangible results. I truly hope that those considering this law office have a more positive experience moving forward.
