I went in because I was in a bad car accident and was rear ended on the freeway. Gilbert made sure i was taken care of properly and that I was compensated for my pain and damages. By far the best lawyer I have ever dealt with.

I called to talk about my case. The receptionist was very rude, unconcerned and took my case as a laughing matter. I did not expect this from a Law Office to act this way specially that i was coming to them for help. I am injured from my accident and them treating me that way made it feel worse. Not recommend. Bad customer service.

Extremely rude man. Called to speak about my case. He cut me off every other sentence. Couldn't get a word in. Raised his voice with me several times. Zero people skills and communication skills. Don't waste your time calling.
