I'm writing to share my disappointing experience With Curtis Legal Group. Despite their initial enthusiasm, I felt that my case was not given the attention it deserved. Communication was slow, and I often felt left in the dark about the progress of my case. While I understand that attorneys are busy, I believe that clients deserve regular updates and clear communication. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. On top of that, It took a year and half and I only took 1/8 of income of my case at the end..

I lost twice. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I chose Curtis Legal Group after I got rear-ended by a drunk driver. My car was totaled, I went to the ER, I did physical therapy for months, and I trusted them to fight for me. I did everything right on my end. And yet... my attorney...did the bare minimum. The first offer they brought me...after taking out their fees and my medical bill...was $2,000. I declined, hoping they'd actually try. Months later, they came back with a new offer, barely $4,000-$5,000. I was struggling financially, had to get a new car, and felt cornered. So I took it. I regret that every day. I know people who went to other firms and walked away with $10k, $15k, even $30k. Meanwhile, I got pocket change..after a serious accident involving a drunk driver and hit and run....because I chose them. If you're reading this, please believe me: Don't choose Curtis Legal Group. I know some reviews look good, but this firm doesn't fight. They don't advocate. They don't care. They're like the dollar store version of real legal help--cheap, quick, and low quality. You deserve better. I thought I did too, until I ended up with nothing but regret.

Very profession, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Helped take some of the stress out of an already very stressful situation. Tiffany and Eric were who I had the pleasure of working with and they were awesome.
