Mr. Elijah Keyes was very transparent and took the time to answer my questions, especially the ones I had doubts about regarding my trust and needed a second opinion for. His explanations were clear, honest, and reassuring, which helped me feel much more confident in my decisions. I also want to thank the two front desk ladies who helped reschedule my appointments to fit my needs. I'm sorry I didn't catch their names, but one assisted me on 11/25 when I dropped off my package, and the other helped me on 12/04. Both were very helpful, patient, and kind. The entire team was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the process. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me.
