I used Roberta's services years ago for a family matter and the issue was resolved very successfully. When you hire Roberta, she's your friend for life. Recently, I had to reach out to her for referrals and she was very accommodating to my needs. She referred me to two attorneys who are helping me with my problems. Called to get some help & immediately felt like I was being treated poorly! No professionalism whatsoever! The lady who I had spoken with had no empathy & I didn't even get a full two sentences out before feeling stupid! Once I stated that I didn't like how she was talking to me she changed her whole demeanor! I'm dealing with a lot already & asking for answers & help but to have someone not sincerely wanting to isn't where I want to spend my hard earned money! Please take this review into consideration for your own or your loved ones sake!
