I reached out to this law firm in California to explore the possibility of a class action lawsuit against a Voice over IP telephone service provider. An associate contacted me, requesting paperwork related to my case, which I promptly sent over. After that, the associate went radio silent. When I tried to follow up on the status of my case, she ignored my requests. Eventually, I figured out that the firm wasn't interested in taking on my case. The lack of courtesy from the firm was pretty frustrating - making me wait and then ignoring my simple requests about the viability of my case. They wasted my time when I could've been looking for another firm that would actually take my case.

Do not deal with them. They are very unprofessional. I request a call back, and they never call back. They won't tell you who your attorney is. They will never provide any important updates. I would know how my attorney is or who to contact right now, and I am a client. I have to ask very urgent questions regarding my claim, and they have yet to contact me back. Also, the initial question interview took nearly 2 hours. I had to do it two times because the 1st time, the lady forgot to log my answers . I think they are over book and don't have a good control system of what's going on with their clients. Choose another law firm.
