We initially started our Living Trust process with the Law Office of Denise Guzman. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. Guzman was very poor. She was professional in the first meeting, but later demonstrated a dismissive attitude, frequently ignoring my questions and addressing my husband exclusively. We finalized the documents to be done with the office, but discovered errors that needed correcting. I did raise my concerns with a staff member, he was helpful and confirmed that others had voiced similar complaints about her attitude. I chose not to go back for the revisions because I simply could not deal with her unprofessional and rude demeanor again. We ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere due to poor treatment and document errors. I would not recommend this office.
