Griffin Schindler of Decker Law will fight his hardest with legal expertise, strategic insight, and relentless advocacy. What Griffin Schindler has done for me is nothing short of a miracle. Twice. I am grateful to him for having my Nurse Practitioner license reinstated. He took on my cases and won when several other attorneys would not, warning me that they were nearly impossible to win. After years of attorneys who promised me trial but did not after taking my money, I desperately succumbed to the belief that legally, you get what you pay for. I paid dearly for Vince Tucci, who promised me trial or a resolution equal to or better. After being pressured and misled by Vince Tucci - who had touted himself as Legal Jesus - into accepting the Guilty Plea, I lost my right to trial and soon thereafter the Board of Nursing revoked my nursing license. I immediately sought to overturn the Guilty Plea. Despite the inordinate difficulty of overturning a guilty plea, I held faith in the justice system and found Griffin. His knowledge of the law, courtroom skills, and conviction for me led to achieving the reversal of the Guilty Plea, with the judge stating that I had been "bullied" and "strong-armed" into accepting it. I retained Griffin again to fight the California Board of Nursing to rescind the Revocation of my nursing licenses. He argued that the Board must in light of the fact that the convictions were vacated and void, but the Board's Deputy Attorney General Craig Menchin refused. I was repeatedly reminded by my nurse and doctor peers, friends, and other attorneys that appealing the Board's decision was nearly impossible and would cost me more money and time due to The California Board of Nursing being untouchable behind the facade of protecting the public. At times, I grew doubtful and fearful, but Griffin took the time to explain the law and how even the Almighty California Board of Nursing was not above the Law. Griffin's meticulous attention to detail, legal acumen, his tenacity, and eventual courtroom presence resulted in his exposing the Board's injustice: On June 24, 2025, in The Superior Court of the State of California, the Honorable James C. Chalfant granted my 2024 Petition for Writ of Administrative Mandamus; and a Judgment and Writ were issued remanding the Board not only to reverse revocation of my nursing license but its "decision in its entirety." In the end, the Honorable Chalfant stated "I don't know why the Board did what it did" in reference to the Board's refusal to reverse the revocation. Griffin was able to win not only one but two extremely challenging cases in which the odds were against us. His ability to navigate two very difficult legal cases was exceptional, for which I am indebted; but I am in awe that he was available to answer questions and keep me informed about every step of the process when he had so much work to do for me and other clients. He provided reassurance, alleviated anxiety, gave me hope during both cases, and genuinely cared about my situation and me as a person. Months later, I was finally able to have my trial and was found innocent by the Jury of the DUI of Drug charge. I received a call from Griffin, who congratulated me with such joy! I was stunned that he knew nearly every major detail of the case, and it turned out that he had been following along every day of the trial. Even after he stopped being my lawyer, he still cared.

I had heard great things about Decker Law and their reputation for providing top-notch legal representation, so l decided to reach out to them for assistance with a fraudulent real estate transaction that l had inadvertently become involved in. Despite being prepared to accept full responsibility for my error, I was disappointed by the lack of communication from Mr. Decker and his team. After sending several important filings and documents to the firm, I never received a phone call back or any form of acknowledgment. This lack of follow-up was extremely frustrating, especially considering Decker Law's esteemed five-star rating. As a potential client seeking competent legal representation, I expected a higher level of customer service and responsiveness from a firm of their caliber. In the legal field, timely communication and attentiveness to client needs are crucial, and unfortunately, my experience with Decker Law left much to be desired in these areas.
