My name is Trevor Smith I am the owner and operator of Spark Smith Electric. I was struck by a vehicle on December 2nd. A friend recommended a friend of hers that they did a personal development course with as I did the same course. Apparently J Chrisp did the same classes. So I thought we would be in alignment and work together to create the best outcome. So far I have asked to talk to Mr. Chrisp and have never been able to. The law team there has trouble contacting me and keeping me up to date. They said I need to wait until I am healed from my injuries which now 8 months later I'm basically healed and I have minor pain in my knees. It would be great if I could talk to them about this fact but it's not easy. I don't have a business card or an email address. They told me they are going after whatever the policy limit is of the other insurance company. Then they will go after my insurance company. I was able to collect workers comp as I self insured for it and since I did they should not be entitled to any of my compensation either. Chrisp should fight for that for me. They should have gone to the two stores of the parking lot I was in and requested video footage of the event and should go after them for their policy limits too as it's their parking lot and there are no warning signs. If they change their tactics and Mr. Chrisp calls me then maybe I can change my review however as of now I want to find other representation.

I would give zero stars. I get upset everything time I see them advertise home town. Don't believe it. It appears they are much more interested in doing business in the city. Jessie went to school with my daughter in Lake County. We lost her due to a car accident. Jessie never returned my call. A person from his office did and told me to call someone else. That's really home town and personal.

I was taken excellent care of by the entire team at J Chrisp Law Offices. Very clear communication and they were available to answer any and all questions I had regarding my case and settlement (which was a lot, so thanks for putting up with me!). They informed me of each step that was being taken and checked in frequently to ensure I was pleased with the way the case was heading. I never felt pushed into a corner, or like they were just trying to get it all over with for their own sake. It felt like they put maximum effort and care into me and my case, and as an office who takes care of a great fair share of clients, this was so important to me. I definitely recommend these guys, I think you will be pleased with their care!
