If I could give negative stars, I would. Wade Litigation assured us from the very beginning that this was a straightforward case they could resolve quickly. Ten months later, after draining us for tens of thousands of dollars, they have nothing to show for it. No resolution, no settlement, no trial - just bloated invoices padded with duplicate billing, attorney-rate charges for clerical work, and block-billed entries that hide what was really done. In September alone, they demanded nearly $40,000 across two back-to-back invoices, on top of thousands more in mediation "fees" and retainers. When I explicitly asked for a trust ledger to reconcile deposits, withdrawals, and balances, they didn't provide it -- they resent their invoices as if that were the same thing. That's not transparency; that's stonewalling. To make matters worse, our own attorney couldn't even pronounce our names correctly during mediation, despite months of corrections from both my husband and me. The firm also came to mediation unprepared, forcing delays while we all waited on incompetent paralegals to do work they had already billed us for. That's not advocacy, that's negligence. This firm promised quick results and delivered nothing but threats: pay another $20,993 or we'll drop you. Wade Litigation doesn't fight for clients - they bleed them dry. If you value your money, your sanity, or your time, stay far away.

Wadelaw took on case even though very difficult. We live near sacramento and their attorney came to our courthouse. Our case took six years to get settled wade law was very patient. Steve Derby was our attorney that settled the case. They were very patient with retainers, provided, monthly reports kept us fully informed all steps of the way.
