Wisner Baum - Zantac Lawsuit Experience: It's been six long years, and Wisner Baum still hasn't provided a single meaningful update about my Zantac case. They charge a flat 40%+ fee but give clients nothing more than vague form letters. Their most recent email claimed they've "worked diligently" on my behalf -- but I've seen no proof of any actual work. I was told my case is "filed in State Court" and waiting for a "Special Master" to decide which settlement program it may qualify for. No explanation of how that process works, no timeline, no transparency. I've repeatedly asked for details -- any sign of progress or documentation -- and received nothing but silence. For a firm that claims to represent victims, their communication and accountability are completely absent. In my opinion, Wisner Baum has failed their clients by neglecting basic communication and their fiduciary duty.

If additional information is needed they make sure to make a timely request offering any assistance that is needed. Although the case has not been resolved at this date, I definitely feel that Wisner Baum are properly and effectively handling the litigation. They are meeting my expectations and fulfilling the words of my family attorney's original recommendation.
