Jonathan is an incredible coach and an all-around great person. I started training with him after having a baby, and we've been focused on rebuilding my core strength and overall muscle tone so I can feel like the best version of myself while caring for my little one. He doesn't just coach me in the gym--he also supports me with nutrition, helps me stay accountable, and consistently checks in to see how I'm feeling after each workout. One of the best parts of working one-on-one with Jonathan is his attention to form. If an exercise isn't working for my body that day, he quickly adapts and finds an alternative that still builds strength without causing discomfort. I truly appreciate that level of care and flexibility. Jonathan was my first personal trainer after years of taking group fitness classes, and he made the transition seamless. He's professional, incredibly positive, and creates a comfortable, welcoming environment--even in a gym, which can often feel intimidating.
