First off, I'm never the type of person to leave bad reviews , but, unfortunately I had a bad experience with this law firm. This was my first car accident where I was in need of someone to represent me. I was going against the city of Long Beach. I had proof of loss and not being at fault. I suffered from a fractured wrist, and severe back pain for over 6 months. To start off, the communication was not great. I felt like I wasn't kept in the loop about things and they didn't explain the process of things or what I NEEDED to know. I caught myself being the one to initiate most conversations. I had to pressure my case managers to make my appointments, I had to make many calls, feeling as if I was doing their job myself. I was also jumped from one case manager to another without any notice, and when I tried to reach out when I really needed them, they were on vacation, WITHOUT leaving me any notice. This was very unprofessional. The quality of the places/specialists I was sent to were not great and not much help either. I felt like I wasn't prioritized even when I asked to be. When my case came to having to make a decision to file a law suit I was left to make a big decision that I wasn't 100% confident in. I spent hours on the phone with Robert about why I should/shouldn't file. It turned into an argument, yelling at each other on the phone. This was a mental manipulation that I now understand. He didn't seem like he wanted to fight for me or as if he didn't have much experience going against the city which left me feeling very unsure and uneasy when I decided to file. A few days after I filed I thought about the things he told me. He told me I had time to not go through with filing and cancel everything, so I did. Even when all proof and videos was in my favor, I felt so uneasy, and I really regret that I dropped the lawsuit now. I ended up settling my case, but the amount was very minimal and did no justice to the damage it did to my car, my physical health, and most of all my mental health. I thank you guys for simply taking on my case, but I will never reach out or recommend anyone here.
