Simply amazing team. They help me with so many things. I had a lawyer before Steven and I was not happy. That lawyer never spoke to me once directly. I was always referred to the paralegal. I found Steven online when looking up information about knowing the right time to get new legal representation. Steven had an article that sold me right away. It basically talked about the differences between big law firms who treat you like least priority if its not a knock out the park lawsuit. Steven also touched on how smaller firms have a more personal connection with the clients and because of that they work harder for you. Needless to say I am more than pleased with the outcome of not just 1 case but 2 cases that were won but with way more compensation than I expected. I really really mean it when I say if you are looking for someone who will fight for you until you get what your case truly deserves that's Steven M. They don't over promise and under deliver, they told me the truth, gave realistic expectations and then proceeded to go far beyond those expectations. Steven Sweat always on top of my brother case. I can text him and call him directly whenever I have a questions and he always answer the phone or call me right away. He's an excellent lawyer. I rarely write reviews but I highly recommend Steven Sweat and his office. Steve and his team took my case and I received a substantial settlement. I would definitely use him again if the need arises.

I have been wanting to leave a review a review for Mr. Sweat and now is the time, since my case is now over. There are important decisions that one makes in life, some are with much regret. Hiring Mr. Sweat's firm is one of those things. I first met with Mr. Sweat regarding my case, and was under the impression that he himself was going to take my case, nothing was further from the truth with that. My case was handed off this to Subpar attorney Olesia Bouliva, which was a disaster. I will address that review separately. As to regards Mr. Sweat, apparently he claims to have been involved along with this co counsel Olesia, but in retrospect I barely spoke to him during two years plus that they had my case. And yes the case took almost two years, unlike Mr. Sweat's comment that it was a one year case. Matter of fact, at least one year went by before hearing anything from him. These are the facts. At the end of my case, during the negotiation, I only received a few Correspondence from Mr. Sweat just trying to pressure me along with his co- counsel Olesia to take a ridiculous low ball offer. When I refuse to accept the offer, I received a motion for Olesia (Levine Firm ), Mr. Sweat's fellow attorney to remove themselves from my case two weeks before a trial date was to be set. That's what kind of law firm they are. I was FORCED TO STAY WITH THEM BECAUSE NO OTHER ATTORNEY WANTED TO SHARE THE 40% plus with them. Mr. Sweat failed to mention that in his response to my google review. That's what kind of law firm they are. I became my own my advocate for negotiations for my settlement. I am glad I stuck by my guns, refused their ridiculous offers I advocated for myself and got a much better settlement. In short if you want bottom feeders and your case to be given to a sub par attorney then this is your firm. If you want a SHARK go somewhere else. Run away from this firm. By the way of course Mr. Sweat will respond in an aggressive manner to my review as he has done to other negative google reviews,trying to be that little Napoleon bully. Here's a piece of advice. There is such thing as The first amendment. Freedom of Speech. 2nd if you don't want prior clients to put reviews whether positive or negative, don't be listed on GOOGLE OR YELP. This is platforms/forums for people to voice their opinions.

Steven Sweat was very honest and sincere with his knowledge of personal injury cases like mine. He helped me get medical and physical therapy help even though I lost my previous insurance. He gave me great advice in settling my vehicle insurance claim. Finally, he even got me pain and suffering compensation in a timely way. He is a great comfort in time of need.
