He was AMAZING throughout this difficult time and treated me very kindly. I was rear ended and my vehicle was a total loss. Arash was very attentive and caring. I was referred to Babak and Arash at Redefine by a family member who had been represented by him in the past after I was T boned by a person with very minimal insurance. I was terrified and lost as I had never been in a serious accident before. My left side of my body required rehabilitation and I was left with scars. My case manager Nabila kept me SO informed every single step of the way. They make it easy to call or even text them with any questions on their business line. Nabila made sure to check in with me after every doctor meeting to make sure I was comfortable with each office taking care of me. Immediately After all of my rehab was finished (my rehab took about a year) they sent the demand letter to my personal insurance. Two weeks later they called to tell me the insurance company was giving me my policy limit! They made a true effort to get as much as they could to make me feel whole. I would recommend anyone to this firm. Again I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I was for the clear and easy communication with my case manager. Thank you Redefine!
